This Privacy Policy explains how AI Keep Cleaner ("we," "our," or "the App") handles information when you use our application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We have designed this App with privacy as a fundamental principle — processing data locally on your device whenever possible.
By installing and using AI Keep Cleaner, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and uninstall the App.
We do not collect, store, upload, or transmit your personal files, photos, videos, documents, messages, contacts, or any file content from your device. All scanning and analysis functions operate entirely on your device.
Specifically, AI Keep Cleaner does not access or collect:
· Your name, email address, or phone number
· Content of your files, photos, videos, or documents
· Your contacts, messages, or call logs
· Your location data or device identifiers (such as IMEI or MAC address)
· Any file data uploaded to external servers or cloud services
To deliver the App's core features, certain data is processed locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us.

Android 10+ This permission is required for junk file scanning and storage analysis. Android's standard scoped storage APIs (MediaStore / SAF) cannot access cache directories, temporary files, APK residuals, or app-generated junk data that are the primary targets of our cleaning feature. Without this permission, the junk cleaning and storage management functions cannot operate.
We use this permission solely to:
· Scan for and identify junk, cache, and residual files scattered across your device storage
· Analyze storage distribution to help you locate large files and duplicates
· Delete files only at your explicit confirmation
We do NOT: read file content, access personal photos/documents, or upload any file data to any server.
Special Access Used to provide battery health reports and identify apps consuming excessive power in the background. All analysis is local.
Used by the Network Speed Monitor to measure real-time connection speed and display network status. No network traffic content is monitored or collected.
Optionally used to send cleaning completion reminders and device status alerts. You may disable this at any time in system Settings.
AI Keep Cleaner may integrate the following third-party services for basic app functionality and analytics:

Note on Advertising: Our ad partners may use the Android Advertising ID (AAID) to serve relevant ads. This ID is resettable by you at any time under Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID. We do not share any scanned file data, device content, or personally identifiable information with advertising partners.
Since AI Keep Cleaner processes all file scanning and analysis locally on your device, the risk of data exposure is inherently minimized:
· No file content is uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers
· All scanning, analysis, and cleaning operations execute within the device environment
· Anonymous analytics data (if any) is transmitted securely over encrypted channels (HTTPS)
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we take commercially reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
AI Keep Cleaner does not maintain servers that store your personal data. Junk file scan results, RAM usage data, battery statistics, and storage analysis reports are held only in the App's temporary memory during your active session and are discarded when you close or restart the App.
Anonymous analytics data collected through third-party services (Section 5) is retained according to each service's respective data retention policy. Please refer to their privacy policies linked above for details.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
· Right to access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
· Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
· Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
· Right to restrict processing — limit how we process your data
· Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
· Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
Note: Since AI Keep Cleaner does not collect personal data, most of these requests will result in confirmation that we hold no identifiable information about you beyond what third-party analytics services maintain anonymously. For those, we will assist you in directing your request to the relevant service.
· Right to know — request disclosure of personal information collected, used, or shared
· Right to delete — request deletion of personal information
· Right to opt out — opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
· Right to non-discrimination — exercise your rights without discriminatory treatment
AI Keep Cleaner does not sell, rent, or share personal information as defined under the CCPA. To the extent our advertising partners process data via the AAID, you may reset or opt out of interest-based advertising through your device settings.
Users in other regions with applicable data protection laws have equivalent rights. Please contact us with specific requests — we will respond within the timeframe required by your local law.
AI Keep Cleaner is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our App, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.
Since AI Keep Cleaner processes data locally on your device, no personal file data is transferred internationally. Anonymous analytics data processed by third-party services (Google, Firebase) may be stored on servers located in various regions — these services maintain appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, App functionality, or legal requirements. When changes are made, we will:
· Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
· Notify users through an in-app notice or dialog for material changes
· Post the updated version at the same URL maintained in Google Play Console
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of AI Keep Cleaner after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
